Нормально, но мы так делаем в духовке и называем капустная запеканка! Попробуйте ещё мелко порезать копченую сардельку, смешать с капустой и запекать. Вкусно.

That really looks delicious. Also, I like the speed of your video as it lets me have time to write down the ingredients and instructions on what to do with them. Cutting, mincing, stirring, cooking temperatures, to cover or not. Your clear glass bowls tend to make it easy to see how you stir and the look of the contents all the way throughout the mixture when properly mixed. I have never seen a kitchen item. Like the one you mashed the garlic cloves with. Does it have a specific name? Where would/should I look for one to purchase? I live in the United States out in the " desert southhwest" ranching area. One last question: Does this reheat fairly well in the microwave IF there are leftovers?
