Картофель можно было просто размять, добавив в него масло, а сыр натереть прямо в пюре и не плавить, он расплавится при жарке котлет! Кстати, из картофельного теста хорошо хорошо сделать пирожки с жареной капустой, слегка обжарить до румяной корочки и подавать с подливой с шампиньонами!
