That's not necessarily what's happening here -- the government has every motivation to care a lot about their diplomatic corps, and State Department officers are generally treated very well. But when you're dealing with an unknown entity, diplomats in adversarial missions scattered across the world, and delicate international relations, it's important to figure out EXACTLY what's happening before publicly pointing fingers. Obviously I dunno anything, but, from everything I've heard/watched/read about Havana Syndrome, I would think that it's due to intelligence-gathering technology, rather than an actual weapon, and that the symptoms are adverse effects...

What weapon sends an unseen force that makes a slamming sound on the roof and causes their victim below to convulse and feel nauseous? (Note: The victim has no history of epilepsy.) 3. What weapon can silently strike a victim through a wall, or ceiling in the same spot on their body? It will leave no visible mark, but it will inflict internal bruising on their ribs. 4. What weapon can silently strike a victim's chest through a car's windshield without damaging it. However, the victim will suffer possible scarring to a lung? 5. What weapon can painfully sting a victim's eyelids both indoors and outdoors? Note: The names of these weapons would be appreciated. I'm an American civilian and I was struck by all of them.

@@annseven7166Microwaves. It sounds like they use something lower level that creates a cumulative effect over time. The cooking appliances have metal screens over their window to stop microwaves, so glass isn't enough to block them. Microwaves cook you. They can damage lungs/tissues and cause bleeding which I assume can result in bruises. Look up masers (microwave lasers). A google search also shows room temperature masers being a more recent thing too. With how good transmitter technology has improved in the last decade, it certainly is possible china and russia are sharing some precision laser weapon they use to harm unprotected US officials. It can even involved crossing two or more of them at specific points so the cross point is the minimum level of radiation to cause damage over time and nothing else is damaged. The lower the power and the better the directionality, the harder it would be to detect. They could also monitor who is in the apartment or nearby to try to hide it as much as possible by turning it off and on.

I worked at Main state from 2001 to 2003 as a contractor (remember, when you complain about government contractors they NEED them because Government employees don't work past 5, weekends or holidays) in the SCIF. I have no sympathy for ANY STATE Department employee, the reason we HAVE a military is because of their constant failures. they spent half the day in the "Foggy Bottom" cafe downstairs and the other half yelling at each other. If they are at an embassy not only do they get US holidays off but host country holidays as well. THEY ARE NEVER THERE! When I was at the Embassy in Iraq, they spent the entirety of 2004 having John Kerry rallies instead of trying to help the Iraqi's. WORTHLESS! so if they get their brains fried it is no loss

As additional background note that a microwave oven is tuned to a specific frequency of 2.45 gigahertz (GHz) which is the frequency that causes water molecules to vibrate and thereby create a temperature rise. Years ago I wrote a patent disclosure called RF insecticides. In this disclose a microwave source is tunable to a specified frequency. An antenna system then broadcasts the microwave energy in a highly directional manner. The microwave frequency selected is determined by tests of the susceptibility of specific insect species to be killed or sterilized by a specific frequency. I suspect each insect species will have unique molecules within it that would be resonated by the microwave frequency and thereby damage that specific insect species (say for example a bowl weevil) but not harm a beneficial species like a spider. The system would then be deployed to irradiate a farmers field and the microwave frequency be adjusted to eliminate resident pest insects. I bet that is exactly what our adversaries have done. They have researched what microwave frequencies can damage human brain molecules, developed a portable highly directional transmitter and caused the brain damage as reported in the article. Simple enough to do. Also if we are serious it is simple enough to detect, locate the the exact position of the transmitter and capture the perpetrators. The CIA director acts like this is difficult to do. Nonsense, it is simple to do and commercial equipment of relatively low cost can easily be deployed to detect and locate the offending microwave source.

The description the gentleman in China provided, the sound of a marble circling down a metal funnel, indicates they were slowly sweeping the frequency across a spectrum, which would allow the energy to pass the resonant frequency that causes the damage. It would be extremely easy to locate the transmitter with a spectrum analyzer and a wide band antenna. I could do it in one afternoon, I'm an EE in that line of work. The fact that they did not locate it, indicates either the transmitter was shut off, or it never existed, or they just never looked for it. Important to realize that Parkinson's is the fastest growing disease in the US right now, and no one knows the cause. There are theories that it is caused by TCE, Round-up, or some other pesticide. The fact that Parkinson's is growing so fast, indicates it is NOT a directed energy weapon used by China. I would not be surprised if China did do it, but I doubt it, because I don't see a motive. Also, keep in mind China uses many pesticides, their version of the FDA is much more lax than ours. If you are living in China its very possible you are consuming their pesticides, which may cause health problems like they describe. These pesticides find their way into the water table, and persist for decades. It's a huge problem, its why people buy organic fruits and vegetables. Kennedy is the ONLY politician talking about this problem, the others just ignore the problem. Extremely important NOT to jump to conclusions about China, if you can't prove it, don't start a war because of it.

The news in general regarding this tech is so disinformation in regards to exacting details. Allen Frey even has noted publicly that he doesn't believe the exact details of the systems will be declassified in his lifetime. My team (2/502 Inf, 101st Airborne) spent just over 330 days in the jungle on the DMZ and Laos Boarder. I worked at a nuclear facility a very long time ago. There were microwave transmitters throughout the location. I could hear it and it would make me want to get away from it. I could hear it and feel it. I would ask other people that worked there if they could hear it. No one could hear it besides me. I thought that i was just imagining it. But, there were areas that i couldn't bear being around. Labs that i couldn't wait to get away from. It hasn't seemed to have effected me, as i have been away from it for close to fifety years. Completely Honest, I have experienced these low frequency vibrations at night going to bed maybe 4/5 times in my life - and it was pretty disturbing . . . most recently about 6 months ago and specifically when laying down to go to bed . . really weird stuff a significant humming/low frq vibration that would not go away even when getting out of bed; Almost as if a helicopter was approaching but you can tell that it's internal - I'm very grateful that this symptom doesn't persist, but it makes me super curious as to where this is coming from. By 2022 im now deaf ,blind 90%, iv3 had 2 strokes, massive headaches, virtigo daily, memory loss (severe) and loss of my balance to the degree that i can no longer walk further then about 20 feet. Im far too young for this to have just "been" nautral. As,i lost my hearing and sight within 4 months of the attack. I moved , and have been attacked about every 4 months regularily. Its not necessarily, a different country. Unfortunatly,.. id done nothing to deserve this except have my parents die and inherrit quite a bit of $. Thats what they are after. Land ,and cash. Period. I filed a complaint with the state department at the recommendation of a retired NSA whistleblower. The state department referred all of my information to the FBI and there was no investigation performed. However, because I told the state department that I maintained evidence of the noise campaign to the metal roofs of my buildings miraculously, all the audio disappeared from all of my videos.I’m adding this. I contacted PETA, people for the ethical treatment of animals because one of the buildings that was Targeted was my 501 C3 nonprofit cat rescue. PETA said that they have been receiving calls across the country for the same reasons.

It is sad too tell you. That a portion of our Government is not our friends and although they think they are doing their job they are actually bowing down too our Global enemies who wish too do the USA harm. It is very possible that there is enemies in position of Authority inside the American Government or at least being controlled by the USA Global Enemies maybe even from other Solar System's. The Government appears too want cover up information rather then inform the people of the problems they are dealing with.
