When you wake up in middle of night, great chance to discern & talk to the Holy Spirit. In that silence Our Lord talks to us. Let your mind be at peace. Realize Our Lord loves us so much more than we love him.

God has put you to speak His Word. He loves you. I was a glutton last night I ate 7 recharge bars and 2 spinach sausage rolls and a handful of toast and butter. My soul was very unhappy with what I did but my taste buds won. I'm such a failure dear Father Mark. I'm such a failure at everything I do.
