Juss! Revolutionary Matcha tip. I would also use hot water for initial mixing and have a hard time with clumps. Was jokingly complaining to my mom and she retorted by saying that a lot of 'powdery' things in cooking quite like matcha clump with hot water and hence cold water is used instead. I tried. Voila clump free matcha. I've been using your videos to get through my quarantini exams! Both you and Nae make such a difference. `B)
