Totally agree about sleep- I try my best to go to sleep a similar time every day, wake up a similar time and get my 9 hours of sleep! 9 is where I feel my absolute best!

I just got back to going to bed and getting up at the same times too, it makes a world of difference. That, and the full 8 hours of sleep. I'd slipped into a 6.5 hours of sleep phase, killed my energy

Robby works and films vlogs at his mom's house. He does not live there. He has his own place where he lives with his wife and two cats. His wife does not want to be in the videos. He was wearing a wedding ring before. There are a lot of reasons to not where a ring all the time.
