I live in Australia and becoming a republican is way way down on our list of priorities. Occasionally we see something on the news about republicans but honestly, it’s not something we discuss on a daily, monthly or yearly basis. It is a total non event. There are no calls by the population to have another referendum (we did have one several years ago about becoming a republican but it failed). The politician who jacked up at King Charles a few days ago is a ‘serial pest’ and we just roll our eyes at her. She is not representative of the general population.

Later on he just switched fully to playing songs for over half an hour, even though his handlers pleaded with him via teleprompter to answer a few more questions. Even Kristi Noem, who crossed state borders to host the rally, couldn't wrangle him back in and wasted her time being a sycophant trying to copy his weak moves. And I really hope Ian and Phil have not contracted Trump Dementia Syndrome, it's worth enough that that orange octogenarian is so far removed from reality and people are still fawning over his selfserving rhetoric.
