LOVE this video! I can relate to a lot of the things you talked about, specially when it comes to being patient with God's timing, and it's definitely not easy but you are 100% right, we need to continue fully trusting in Him. So proud of you! Looking forward to more of your unique awesome videos!

Hi Iris! I always enjoy watching your videos especially since we were Orange County neighbors at one time! I could relate to some of the struggles you mentioned especially comparing myself to others and having self esteem issues. For me, meeting my husband helped me tremendously and I was able to learn to love myself. I was with him for 8 years, we had our daughter Chloe, and I was so happy. The happiest I’ve ever been in my 29 years of life. 2 years ago, my husband passed away and it was the most painful time of my life and I miss him everyday. But I also know God has a plan for me and my priority is to take care of myself so that I can care for our daughter and in my heart I know my husband is also watching over us. I learned so much in the past 2 years that looking back I am proud of how far I’ve come. Anyways, thanks for always being so open and I look forward to your videos! Good luck with everything :)

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your husband but I'm so proud of the woman God is making you. I'm so glad that you're so in tune with your feelings because as I'm sure you know that's going to be such an important aspect for Chloe to look up to. As someone who didn't grow up with parents who were the best communicators let me tell you laying the groundwork for open and honest communication (however painful it feels now) will make her time that much easier and it will all be worth it! Thank you for sharing your story with me & for supporting me from the very start! x Iris =)
