About 2 years ago I was finally able to go to a movie alone. And now it’s one of my favorite things to do, however I still am unable to eat alone. I’ve made it my goal to do it this year. Some people just don’t understand the beauty of alone time.

You look like you have lost some weight and you are glowing! That bowl looks amazing!! Haha I'm gonna have to pay attention if I chew with my mouth open 🤣 I interpret self care as putting me first! 8pm every night is my self care time. Sometimes, I just go to bed lol. I've eaten by myself, I enjoy eating and people watching! I've said others are better than me which is ridiculous and I have to remind myself how special I am and unique and pull my head out of my bum!

Thank you so much for your support! I'm so glad to hear you have some self-care practices put in place. It really is such an important part of a productive life. We should have a one on one chat and talk about our collab. It doesn't need to be food related it could be a chatty video talking about a topic that we feel is important. I'll dm you on instagram.
