@ncoaAAAA -- Sure. But instead of emailing me directly, I think it's better to ask any questions you might have in the comments section after a video. If you aren't sure of something related to grammar, do a search on it. One of my videos is sure to pop up. Ask the question there. My most recent video features colloquial English.

No, because then you'd be using the present perfect, and in the way that you wrote the sentence, you can't define the time or the day. "Did you have to do anything today?" is okay. Check out my other videos on the present perfect. They might help you.

I have to go home, I need to go home I must go home, She doesn't have to go home. how about in the past, can I say .I had to go home, I didn't have to go home
