I veganize all of my soul food dishes. The average person wouldn't be able to tell it's vegan, unless I told them. I made some vegan mac n cheese the other day and it was bomb. I don't miss eating unhealthy foods at all. I don't celebrate these holidays. I'm agnostic and I couldn't care less about them.
