On December 08, 2020, I moved to live alone in a small apartment, because, since January 2020, my family had been asking me to leave the house, because they couldn't bear my illness. I have 5 children, but only one of them remembers me. The others sporadically respond to my messages. I live very isolated from everything and everyone. My psychologist recommended me to create this channel to share my hobby of extending my favorite songs so as not to be repeating the original. In this way, I've made contact with people again and I've advanced in my recovery. That's why your comment makes me feel happy, because, there is a response among the 9.3 million who have listened to my extended songs. It's not my first rodeo, but this one definitely was by far the worst back then. I couldn't left my home for about 2 years, beside of getting my meds and buy something to eat which had to last a few weeks till I could get out again. It is strange that a step out of the door felt like standing on a cliff and staring down the deep. 3 Years later it was still hard, but getting better. But step by step things got better, 2 steps forward, 1 back, 1 forward, 1 back and so on. Up and downs where always present and by now I know if I am down, it will be better at least in a few days and then I will enjoy it every time I make a step forward. Always on my own, because, like you, I had no family to support me. They tried but couldn't understand and where also partly reason for it. (childhood violence) Slowly I managed to get a few new friends and now I am on my way to get my life back. No, another one, I don't want my old life back. :D That's why I am here, I get myself a music collection for on the road. Born at the Late 70s, but now I have the first time a portion of self-esteem. And this is the game changer, be kind to yourself, don't be too harsh in conclusions about your actions and past. Take your time, as long you need, but I ensure you, if you continue, it WILL get better, even if it sometimes look, like you lost the whole progress, it isnt the truth. No one can take your forward steps from you. Every barrier once beaten, can be beaten again and again, every time it gets easier. Your psychologist seems to be a smart guy. A very good idea with that channel. And we have to accept, that some will never understand what it means to have a mental health condition, often family and friends don't know what to do and step back. Let me hear from time to time how you do and remember, it will get better. Maybe not 100%, maybe yes, maybe 90%, anyway it will be enough to get back a life. You can make it.​

I belive that I have not anything more to do in this life. My chilhood was sad, because, my father abandoned us and I lived extemely poor. But I achieved to 2 scientific university degrees, 2 post-titles in marketing and 1 post graduated in economic. My career culminated in the position of Director and legal representative of 5 companies of an international holding company. As you can see, I had all the conditions of personality and intelligence to achieve positions of privilege. When I retired in 2017 I started with this depression, which I haven't managed to overcome yet. However, knowing what you have experienced, I realize that I am not alone, because it is exactly the same as what I'm experiencing. If you could take one step forward and one step back, and then take two steps forward and one step back......I think I can do the same. You are very right not to be so hard on myself, to be kinder to me and to love me, not to criticize my past actions so harshly, because the past cannot be recovered. Your words have made me think a lot about how badly I'm doing and I must follow your example. You made me start to see life from another point of view. Thank you very much for your help.
