Have You Ever Tried Smoked Sprats?

A sort of piscatorial peanut, which will occupy your fingers as much as your palate. Beautiful little whole fish have been hot smoked (which means they're ready to eat) to a brilliant gold colour. In Germany they are known as Echte Sprotten. Usually contains about 20 fresh sprats per pack. Often eaten whole.
