One of the most common questions I get asked is if I have faced rejection or failure on my aviation or leadership journey? The short answer is yes, more than a few times. Rejection and failure can be a painful experience, but it doesn’t have to define us. Most important, we can learn from the experience and come out stronger on the other side. This video shares one of those experiences and what I learned from it.
