If you're coming to this video after 17 June 2024, know that the devs have addressed one of my minor complaints in the 1.1 Update! -- they've added new bosses to the 1st and 2nd stages, meaning boss battles are no longer predictable/repetitive. This is awesome!

This looks like a lovely game to pick up! I'm a fan of the genre and the artstyle (I also love that style of chunky pixel tech UI), definitely gives Into the Breach vibes. Roguelite deckbuilders have been picking up steam lately too with Balatro popping off, so it's a timely recommendation.

This game is about 70% accurate to my indie idea from way back. It even has kobolds and flying machines in it! I had to cut back on my own gamedev time, glad to see someone went ahead and made it.

@@QuestMarker it's pretty common and customizable, I'd say for a first go it's not a bad choice. You could format it pretty much any way you want depending on how you want to build a community. And of course man! Your content is right up my alley and well made so I'm here for it
