He did a charge partion. Aka he charged down back for one second, dashed and then did down and up kick for destroy

Let go of any directions when aegis comes out -> Start charging down back when Urien says "-gis" in "aegis reflector!" -> Dash -> During dash go back to charge down back -> When dash ends execute whatever charge move you want to do
