Just watched Galavant a few weeks ago. I finished it in like, 3-4 days, I was so hooked. Rarely have i ever seen a show whose music I like this much. Every song slapped, the comedy was on point, i would catch myself laughing like, every episode and I am NOT the type to laugh a bunch when watching comedy shows, usually. I just felt like this show got me, you know? The period, the singing, the vibe, the characters, they were all so interesting and wholesome, I was shocked by how devastated I was when it was truly over. I keep hoping for a third season since there's a petition online with like, 40,000 signatures, but that will likely never happen. PS: I really wanted a Sid and Gareth centric season!!! They are so underappreciated!!

“Musicals weren’t really that popular” unless u were Disney channel original films like descendants and animated Disney musicals like frozen So debatable

That's a good point, I think a lot of times when Hollywood goes through musical cycles they tend to forget how well received Disney movies are

not so much that musicals were not popular but it had an abysmal timeslot. s2 opening jokes about it but it aired sunday nights in once upon a times timeslot during winter hiatus. its episodes had to deal with superbowl, golden globes, apprentice finale, bachelorette finale, etc.

it originally aired 2 eps each sunday so you were not waiting a week for a 20 min ep
