Have you tried Fluid Art with a catalyst wedge?

If you didn’t know I love the effects of the catalyst wedge.
My color inspiration was my recent renovated bathroom and the beautiful color of coral.
What do you think of this technique?
I primarily use paint brands:
Amsterdam
Arteza
Liquitex
Pebeo
My Pouring medium is 1 part paint a squirt of Liquitex gloss medium combine the two. Then 2 parts Floetrol and water to desired consistency.
I do not use any silicone.
I do not use house paint.

My paint is usually a bit thicker. Consistency as if you did a ring pour.

I really love this! The colors are beautiful and the painting reminds me of plants under the sea!! For this technique what is the consistency of your paint?

Thank you so much. Plants under the sea was exactly what I was going for. If you watch my recent video I show a curtain which was my inspiration. The paint consistency is similar to a ring pour. Not to thin or thick. 😊

Thank you. My ratio is 2-1. 1 part paint to 2 parts floetrol with half part of liquitex pm.

@@taw57 it depends on your canvas size. Many use a formula length times width then take that amount and divide by 25 to get total ounces.
