I did keto and worked. I was a fat cxxt and then lost it all before lockdown… then I hit the beer again. It had been so long since I had a beer the fizz hurt my tongue!! You can do it. Beef, chees, green veg and if u wanna drink it’s vodka and lime or I my pref red wine! I got my official daily carb intake from two bits of toast in the morning. U got this.
