It’s actually not far from us but I didn’t know it existed until last year! They are ploughing a lot of money into it so it will be interesting to see the end result. Hopefully we will be able to add a few videos to show the progress.

Zainab, I think you should have a great time in August. The adventure village should be finished by then and there is now a new ‘temporary’ show bar by the Estuary in addition to the current live lounge, so you should find plenty of options for entertainment. Burger King opened a few weeks ago and I believe there should be more eating places opening before the school holidays. I will be doing another video soon to show how work has progressed. It would be great to hear how you enjoy your holiday there. I hope the weather is good and you have a great time. Thanks for watching

Looks to be a lot of development taking place all around! Could do with some maintenance in places such as litter picking and clearing stones from mini golf. Did you enjoy?

Hi Paul. We noticed the litter pickers started tidying up from about 8am, in time for the main complex opening at 9am. We were out before 7.30am so probably why there was so much litter about, or maybe they could do with more cleaning staff. Yes it’s undergoing a major upgrade as the current entertainment facilities are quite small. I think the plans are very ambitious with a new adventure village being built as well as an entertainment complex 4 times what is currently there. I believe they have had problems with supplies of steel for the new complex so are building a temporary marquee on the sea front so there is an awful lot happening at the same time, hence parts of the park look like a building site (possibly why there are stones on the mini golf course). We enjoyed it as it’s lovely and quiet in the week. It’s local so we will be going back to film the different stages of development as once it’s done it promises to be quite impressive.
