Haven Silver Caravan Tour and Review

Thank you for the review, we normally only go for the saver caravans, but this looks quite nice so i would consider a silver caravan in the future 🙂

A bronze is, in my opinion, quite a big step up from the saver. If you're not planning to sit out on the decking, bronze and silver are very similar. We stayed in a gold caravan last week, and that video will be up in a few days. That was stunning, and if I could afford it, they would be my top choice. 🙂

Looks lush :) another fab review. I bet those who have never stayed in a caravan will be shocked to see how well equipped & comfortable the caravans are! I accidentally booked 4 nights to Devon Cliffs for £69 Hideaway deal as just want to be on cliffs by the sea to breathe in that lovely fresh air!

We haven't been to Devon Cliffs yet, but I've heard lots of good things about it, but it's so huge you need more than a weekend to see it all.

Your Van looks lovely! We’re currently at Presthaven Sands and we booked 4 adults into a 2 bed bronze and got upgraded to a 3 bed but I’m not sure on standard! But all beds were made up in this van even though before being given a 3 bed we planned on two sharing the single room. Hope you’ve had a lovely holiday

If you still have the door sticker, it says on their what you booked and what you were allocated. It used to be on the welcome pack, but it looks like they aren't doing those anymore. Is Presthaven nice? We haven't been there yet.

Haven have upgraded me on several occasions when I only booked a saver caravan for just £69! It's such a pleasant surprise to walk into a beautiful caravan unexpectedly!

​@Hayley-dm2je people are usually upgraded if haven sell all the cheaper caravans but not the more expensive ones, they then upgrade you, leaving the cheaper one that you originally had available then they can sell the cheaper ones again.

@@KarionTravelling Ahh! We left this morning and I binned the door sticker as we left! Oh well and yeah it’s lovely, I used to come a lot when I was younger! If I’m honest seemed a bit understaffed and bars don’t seem very stocked up but we enjoyed ourselves!

small but perfectly formed, wish i was in one right now.. one thing often missing is a pizza cutter! I take mine with me now 😊

I find graters are hit and miss whether you get one too, so we take our own. We tried to cook pizza in the caravan once, and it took over an hour, I don't find the oven gets hot enough so we mainly use the hob. 🙂

However we get about a bit ourselves last year we did turkey and tinsel at sandbay infact booked for Christmas & newyear this year done butlins minehead in 2022 we had a caravan at parkdean skipsea sands for many years then sold up in 2021 mainly due to high price hike in site fees now get some great deals and away nearly every month plus we have bought a motorhome me and the wife love your videos there is some beautiful amazing sites up north take care Bill & Susan

I used to book bronze but after a free upgrade one year I have to have silver now.

You wait until they give you a gold, you'll never want to leave. I'm editing that video now. They are beautiful, and a big step up from silver. I think there is more of a difference between silver and gold, than bronze and silver.

@@KarionTravelling Hi! You need to get yourselves to Devon Cliffs! It's fantastic! The pool is on a par with Butlins I think. There's a blue flume, slides suitable for your Jess & the entertainment is incredible & the beach! Well it's just beautiful!

It does seem very strange, especially when everyone is attached to technology. Unless it's to keep people in the facilities spending money, and not in their caravans.

I didn't like the box seating at the table. It's handy for spare bedding, but the lid/seat kept falling off if you moved.
