Thank you Ben for addressing an issue of thousands of us if not millions dealing with depression and panic attacks. I’m one of them . Spent 6 years in war zone, watched my friends and neighbors die, we were 100 meters from tranches, 16-30 stories skyscrapers. My best friend marine died on his way back to tranches for a 2 weeks. And I find French tv ( KZbin)filming an enemy snipers shooting him in the head, on my bday. I was in so much grief that I stopped eating , sleeping, I started hallucinating, and saw him in my yard at 1am walking down the backyard. Ran after him , I caught up to him, went to touch him and he disappeared. And 7-8 days of no sleep or food, i had a seizure. That was last Monday. Spent 4-5 days in the hospital. I’m so happy you addressed this issue, and freely ❤. . You saved me so many tears when there’s no more tears left . 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵 much love to you ❤❤. Btw , it’s not the edge of glory ( by Bon Jovi ) but blaze of glory 😀. Sorry, i had to 😂. You’re awesome, absolutely the best therapy out there . And thank you 🙏😘🩵😘🩵

Actually, in the first video there's an interesting back history: it was a farewell party for the band because some members were moving out of town for College, and when they watched the video sometime later noticed her, and were moved, not horrified, because they said she had an uncanny resemblance to a close friend of theirs that had taken her own life a couple of months earlier ( the fact she is lurking from behind a tv over a 20 cm mantelpiece makes it even creepier. Notice that she's not there at the start of the video). Maybe a last goodbye?

27:18 to be fair the two times in my life that I’ve had really intense and bad hauntings with negative things ( whatever you want to call it) I had no choice but to stay and live at the places because of financial issues. Both times I had to stay with one of my siblings. That’s when all hell broke loose. On another note, one apartment I moved into was definitely haunted by an older man. He was very intense and brooding. I eventually made peace with him and it was actually beautiful. When I was leaving ( moving out) I sat alone and told him so. I just told him many things and that I hoped he would go to the light. I felt a cool breeze across the back of my neck and then my face. My hair was moving. Windows were closed , we didn’t have air conditioning and it was summer time. I knew it was him. The home I moved to after that had many spirits around. But most felt as if they were doing their own thing. When I was there painting and putting up pictures into the wee hours of the morn, I kept seeing shadows moving around in the living room. I felt as if they were wondering who the hell we were. Lol. Anyway, some people can see them, feel them, etc. And some cannot. I’ve always been able to. But the cherry on top was that my gf wasn’t usually one that did. Until she was with me. That’s when she witnessed first hand some really intense paranormal events with and without me. So maybe I’m the one that’s “haunted.” I think it’s both. It’s that I can see, sense, feel, etc., them and I think they can feel me too. So it caused some waves so to speak. Cheers

I slept on an air mattress in my kids room last year during bad weather. I woke up the next morning and took the sheets off and there was a wrinkly handprint with long nails on the air mattress itself. It's almost like a swade on top of the mattress so the sheets will hold better. I thought maybe it was just where I had just touched it but the fibers are way too short for it to keep an imprint. I tried wiping it off and it was almost like it was burned into the mattress. I took pictures and even a video showing it wouldn't rub off. I wish there was a way to post pictures in the comments. We threw the mattress away because the next time we tried to use it it kept going flat. It wasn't stored with anything. It was barely used. The worst part was it was beside my head. I don't remember anything bad from the night before like dreams or waking up scared. But I'll never forget it. We live right beside a grave yard and our development is called Indian Hills. It's not the only time something has happened. But it was definitely one of the more creepy things. EDIT: I uploaded a video on my page.

Hi Ben. I can easily relate to what you're saying. I'm 53 years old and recently I was in hospital for 2 weeks. While in there I saw a few ghosts. Now I have been able to see spirits and ghosts and black entities for about 25-30 years and the only person I told this to was my mom. Anyway, while In hospital I told my doctor about seeing these entities and the next minute they put me in the psyc ward saying that I was crazy. People who don't understand our talents automatically think that you're crazy and you're losing your mind. I have learnt from this experience to keep my mouth shut in the future.
