I really, really hope Part 2 is your next reaction. These guys pretty much moved their show from TV to YT when their show was cancelled suddenly. Since all the equipment they used in the show was theirs they simply took their stuff and moved shop, so to speak. They got a Kickstarter going and raised a hella amount of money just in the first few days because they are very popular. Zak Bagans of Ghost Adventures is now known to gatekeep paranormal shows here in America. He makes sure they get cancelled when they become too popular. Fans believe he was behind their show's cancellation. He tried to gatekeep the spirit box if you can believe that and he is who Dakota was referring to in this episode. Anyway, I'm so glad you reacted because I know this exposure will be great for their channel growth. I'm so happy to see them succeeding beyond the shadow of Zak and I truly enjoyed watching you react to them with your amazing personality, Ben. I'm so glad I discovered your channel 😁

"That Person" is Zak Bagans. Dakota was a camera man for Zak at one point before bringing his own show "Destination Fear" to TV. That show got canceled and they started "Project Fear" on KZbin. Dakota is an amazing documentary film maker and you can see it in the quality of the videos he puts out. Love the Fear Fam! I'm so glad you reacted to their stuff and hope to see more reactions of their videos in the future.

Zak Bagans from Ghost Adventures really fucked things up, for a lot of Paranormal programs which all aired on the Travel Channel here in the US., but ultimately it’s the folks that run Travel Channel making the call. Apparently Ghost Adventures is one of the top rated shows ( don’t understand why ). So Zak made sure the other programs do not have the opportunity to top Ghost Adventures. Which Project Fear, at that time, Destination Fear, were about to do!

He then left to start his own paranormal team, which was obviously on the Travel channel. Bagans didn't dig all the att Destination Fear were getting so he shut them down. Dog eat dog world. Zac Bagans from Ghost Adventures , which was the first paranormal show on Travel Channel, said he was the one that made the “spirit box” famous, so no one else on the same channel was allowed to use it. Now that Project Fear is on You Tube, they can use it.

Yeah the Spirit box was made by a guy called Gary Galla and it made its first showing on Ghost Adventures, where Zak used it…..but it’s not solely for him, loads of investigators use them, so he has no rights on who uses it. He’s a bully and anyone can buy these Spirit boxes, if they so desire, so 🖕Zak. I wish he just left people alone, how he has the Power to do the things he does, is unbelievably 🤬😡

Thanks for the reaction video Ben. Doing the reaction was even better than the first time I watched the original. West Virginia, my home state. Our group is looking into possibly investigating Sweet Springs Sanitarium as well. The Project Fear group investigated Old Hospital on College Hill in Williamson WV right after this investigation. Another fantastic, freaky place.

It is believed that the witching hour, the hour between 3 and 4 am, is when the veil that separates the physical and spiritual planes is at its weakness or thinnest. Allowing spirits to cross back and forth between our plain of existence and theirs. These guys and gal were on a show called Destination Fear on tv. The witching hour was historically supposed to be the time that people could do magic while everyone else was asleep. I was told by a witchcraft/ santeria practitioner that the night is when the world of the dead and the realm of the living temporarily get close which allows them to effect our world and allows us to hear see and feel them. The pagan holiday of halloween is the day of the year that they believe that the 2 worlds overlap and the portals around the world are most active. This is the reason behind dressing like ghost and knocking on the houses "portway" but the asking for treats evolved from offerings to the dead. If you did not offer them anything you incur anger from the spirits.

The "witching hour" or "Devil's hour" being at 3am is a theory around the idea that Jesus died on the cross at approx 3pm. So, 3am is the opposite. You have to remember Casper that when they listen back to these recorders they have either earbuds or noise-cancelling headphones their listening to and they can really hear what's playing back that's how they checked these things and if you had that you can really hear what it was saying but you'll never be able to tear what it's saying just listening to it without the audio file

You should try Jasko prolly all fake but he does it good and different. The thing with these shows is half ask the questions so fast they can't answer, spirits need a little time to charge up energy for a response. Drives me nuts, no wonder half the time they get no response.
