On top of that she’s religious but dies t push it on people, especially her husband! Waylon was blessed to have her & she was lucky to have him! What a power couple they were!

What an amazing life she has had. In her book she said that she prayed for an adventurous life. Her life with Waylon was definitely adventurous. She recently put out a new album and also married her new husband Arlin which is another thing she prayed for; eventually to find love and companionship again in her life. She's a beautiful lady who definitely deserves the happiness she has in her life.

Must have written 3 different autobiographies 😁
@Kayte-tv2cw3 жыл бұрын
“A Man Called Hoss”, from 1987, is not a true autobiography. It is an audio cd telling the story of Waylon through songs. “Waylon - An Autobiography”, written by Waylon in 1996 (6 years before his death) is the definitive Waylon autobiography.

Jessie I hate to tell you this but Mary Magdalene was NOT a prostitute. She came from a wealthy family who decided to follow our Lord Jesus Christ. The story about the prostitute was started by the Catholic Church in 591 A.D. by Pope Gregory. He wanted all his priests to become celibate so he made the story up. It is a long story which I will not go into here. Finally in 2015 Mary was declared by the Catholic Church as the 'Apostle to the Apostles'. In other words they declared her true faith to God/Jesus.

Struggle is not Waylons Grandson ,he is Jessie's Grandson ,nothing like riding on Waylons fame and changing his name...cause Strugglle can NOT sing at all.
@Kayte-tv2cw5 жыл бұрын
You are not entirely accurate. Struggles’ mother, Jennifer, is the daughter of Jessi and guitarist Duane Eddy, who was Jessi’s first husband. For most of her life, Jennifer was raised by Waylon and Jessi. Jennifer had her name legally changed to Jennifer Eddy Jennings, because of her love and respect for Waylon. Waylon always included Jennifer as one of his seven children, and Struggles as one of his grandchildren. Therefore, I do not think that it is fair to say that Struggles is riding on Waylon’s fame. I have heard interviews with Struggles, and he obviously has a lot of respect for Waylon and virtues that Waylon tried to instill in him when he was a young boy spending time at the Jennings’ home, while visiting with his “Uncle” Shooter, who was Waylon and Jessi’s son. Whether or not Struggles has any talent as a singer is purely a matter of personal opinion.
@lauratorarik88065 жыл бұрын
@@Kayte-tv2cw What is it that I'm not accurate about ? What I was saying is that Jennifer and Will Harness are not blood relatives of Waylon's Yes bye marriage they are .Sure Waylon treated them all same Well maybe not Shooter ..even Jessie and Waylon admitted they spoiled him That is their business not mine ..however I do feel they are riding on Waylon's coat tails. I read when Waylon passed away a comment saying how sorry they were for Shooter his son...good grief he had six children of his own seven with blended family of Jessie.. I do not know what kind of Father Duane was however I'm sure it must have hurt to have his only child change her name.. Me and my daughter got into a big discussion about this the other day She really likes Struggle and his singing and that is fine. I do think Jessie is coming into her own with some of her best work and Jennifer can really sing too. Struggle ..well I don't like rap bye anyone ..just my feelings I do wish them all the best Struggle got a second change hope he knows how blessed he his bye that. I was Facebook friends with Terry Jennings ..he past away not long ago ..so heartbreaking. Only Shooter , Buddy and Tomi Lynn, left all the other children of Waylon passed on. Yes he still has Jessie's side also Life is short ..I wish happiness for everyone I love Waylon He was truly one of the best Fly high Waylon fly high .
@Kayte-tv2cw5 жыл бұрын
laura Torarik, I know exactly what you are saying. I just don’t happen to agree with it. It seems to me that everything with you needs to be black and white, when sometimes things are grey. It appears that “blood relation” means an awful lot to you. I learned early on from my parents that it does not matter. My parents had 11 grandchildren. One was the daughter of my brother’s second wife. She was accepted into our family, and treated just like all of the grandchildren were. There was never any talk about her not being of our “blood”. Family is family. Tomi Lynn was adopted by Waylon and his second wife, Lynn. That did not diminish her existence in the family. Waylon’s first wife, Maxine, had an affair (before her divorce from Waylon) that produced Deanna. Deanna was not Waylon’s biological child, yet Waylon gave her his name, supported her, and treated her the same as he did all of his children. I don’t like Struggles’ singing, either, but I think that since his mother has the Jennings’ name, that he should also be able to use the name without appearing that he’s riding on Waylon’s “coattails”. As far as Duane Eddy, I do have to wonder why - in all of the things that I know about this family - that the only time Duane Eddy’s name was even mentioned was in Waylon’s autobiography. Waylon spoke about Eddy’s jealousy over Jennifer’s closeness to Waylon. Evidently, Waylon finally had to talk to Duane Eddy to work it out. Waylon told Duane that there was no reason that Jennifer could not be loved by both of them. Other than that, I have not heard one word about ANY relationship between Jennifer and Duane Eddy, which I do find strange. I’m not saying that there isn’t a relationship between them, but I do find it terribly strange that none is ever spoken of. Perhaps Jennifer felt that she had good reason to add Jennings to her name. Perhaps Struggles feels that he has only one grandfather - and that is Waylon.
@lauratorarik88065 жыл бұрын
@@Kayte-tv2cw thank you for sharing your thoughts on this .I think with such a huge blended family there is always some kind of drama.Things are not really black and white with me I look at Johnny and June Cash that was a huge blended family also. June always hate the word step children and never used it ..ever.Perhaps you are right maybe Waylon was the only Grandfather Struggle ever knew and changed his name for those reasons .It broke my heart to see a Go fund me page for Deanna when she passed away.I will not say anymore about that ..just sad .I know one does not have to be blood to be family I was just saying that he is his Grandpa bye marriage.Not sure how come it bothered me however it did.All that really matters is they are all family bye Love.
@Kayte-tv2cw5 жыл бұрын
Laura Torarik, I read that about Deanna, too. I am not sure where I read it - in a magazine article, or in Jessi’s book or in Terry’s book. If I remember correctly, Waylon’s autobiography only stated that Deanna was his last child with Maxine. Anyway, from what I understand, both Jessi and Shooter (and other family, although they were not specified) offered to pay Deanna’s funeral expenses. From what I understand, Deana (instead of being happy that she had such a great family and was obviously loved) was upset with Waylon and Maxine for waiting until she was 18 to tell her that Waylon was not her biological father. So, Deanna rejected any help from family. To me, If this is indeed true, it sounds like a lot of unnecessary bitterness on Deanna’s part. Another thing that I have heard is that Deanna’s child set it up to collect money for her own use. If either of these two are reasons for the Go Fund Me page, I find it very sad, indeed.
