exactly what you said, you have to allow feelings to come up it with them and allow them to move on, we are just like a onion when we shed one layer another lay is just there and it never comes when we expect it. With all that's going on be kind to yourself , and nature is the biggest healer . So you're in the right place. The window will get sorted , and how ever much we try to keep things the same, everything changes , it's just like natures seasons, leafs start falling to make space for the new. your doing great as your speaking about it, that's helping releasing it too.

My little dog is 18 now, and sleeps a hell of a lot 🤔 as you said been there before and it doesn’t help knowing I’m going to have to go through it again at some point😩. Hi Suzy, Glad you got kept on, and have moved into the Caravan. Pity when I was staying you were having bother with your Window op, I've been in the Car Repair Game for over 40yrs, have you checked the Fuse, if you turn the ignition on and try flicking the window switch, do you hear a clicking sound, if so then it could be the Regulator. Have a go at pulling the window up when flicking the switch it may be enough to get the window up.

Hiya lovely, I'm hoping the mobile mechanic is coming today 🤞 There isn't any clicks or anything but it's the dual switch on the drivers side and it does the same with the passenger window. But on the passenger door one it's fine 💜x

Self sabotage is one of the worst things we do to ourselves and we do it far to often. Even as a bloke a cry is nothing to be ashamed of it shows we aren’t robots and we have a soul. Your right about going through it to be able to heal, you have so much going on right now, the move, the van, especially knowing your fur babies are getting older. I noticed Daisy’s stiffness when you were on the beach with Andy and Ben last video. I am afraid our poor little girl is arthritic and being a sufferer I know you have flare ups.
