Market wapas utne rate se badhne ke liye aise events hone chahiye, Indians ka Internet presence aur awareness aaj peak par hai, so yeh growth slow down ho jayegi, How can we say that market will keep a constant appreciation rate of 10-12%??

These are the major disadvantages of having too much debt. 1) Need to keep Discretionary expenses budget very small as there is no scope to spend more. 2) In India, When inflation is at 7 to 8% . Person is likely to depend on credit card for additional expenses there by increasing his liability more. 3) We should try to refrain from taking loans that exceed tenure of 10 or more years. How can one keep repaying their entire life? There is this constant pressure to keep on working, which can be very stressful. 4) Spouse should support in repayment as the tenure can be decreased & interest will also reduce. 5) There is no scope to spend for unforeseen expenses like natural disasters, medical emergencies, . Etc 6) With complete salary going towards. EMI for home loan. It's very difficult to manage.

People born after 1990, especially in the most competitive country in the world - India, should stop seeing these foolish dreams of retiring by 50, 55 even 60... We are going to have to work till we die. Just accept this truth... How can you even think of retiring at 50? 25 years khaali baithoge? You will regret it within 5 years.
@barneystinson82357 ай бұрын
Agreed no chance of early retirement especially if you have kids and if you dont have kids then EOl care is not cheap either, also the issue is what if people are laid off? No job security in private companies so with what confidence can people think about having children? In this video the person is making more than 1 lpm but already his expenses are so high. In china already people above 35 are not getting jobs as employers prefer unmarried young people willing to work more hours for peanuts [checkout china observer youtube channel]

Your thought process completely wrong, retiring early doesn't mean you sit idle. It really means now you don't have to work just for money but can do something or explore something in the field you are interested in that's all. (for someone 1cr is enough for another 25 cr also may not be enough, depends on their lifestyle choices) Just so that you can understand, my uncle sole earner was a earning till 52 for his family, he retired and small electronics shop even though he earned around 10 lacs for the first 5 yrs he enjoyed the work and process a lot. He is now 67 he earns way more than what he could have with a job n hikes also the most important thing is he enjoys his work.
@Gyaan_paapi7 ай бұрын
Such a boomer thought process. Retiring doesn't mean that you do nothing. It means you don't have to work for money. You can do what you really love doing.

why is it foolish? if someone can get a corpus of 3 cr, which isn't tough at all, by the time they're 40 years old, they can anyways generate a passive income of 1 lakh per month. then they can relax and don't have to hustle all that much.

50L net worth title is misleading for the viewers 😊 His home is not his asset but his liability. Home is the banks asset from where he has taken the loan. “An asset is something that gives you positive cashflow”. To attain his financial goals, he should do the following : 1. up-skill himself (tremendously) and get a better package. 2. Keep his expenses low. 3. With increased income, not increasing lifestyle standard. 4. Learn investing himself to generate alpha in the stock market 5. Best thing would be to sell the house and move into a rented house. Note: Dont forget, assuming he will have 2 kids, that will require a lot of money to be earned and saved. That home EMI is eating away his dreams 😢 The above pointers might sound bitter but better to know the reality than ignore it.

He considers his father's retirement corpus and monthly rent as his income/emergency fund? Does he not expect his parents to have their own financial security and money for daily expenses? As it is, it is a meagre amount in a place like Mumbai, and his parents are aged and retired. Shouldn't his wife be working too? When he gets more money first preference put 50k in SIP monthly as compounding needs time, rest amount part payment for home loan and personal loan. Don't put too much on child education.
