You are too young and too impressionable. So it appears as if being confident means being narcissistic and psychopathic. Glib charm is primary trait of psychopaths. Instead of self tyranny - which will later on in life lead to abusing your wife and kids - and you landing in jail - you need to accept yourself as you are. Then paradoxically you will become confident and secure. Buiding a fake personality leads to mental illness.

Moral of the video: Don't get affected by other's Opinions. Yet, If you are an introvert, or you can just get out 3 days of a week, then it's also fine, as long as you have stories to formulate. Also, most of them don't care whether your stories are real or fake. 😏😏 Just feel good about yourself and nothing else. Also, use your alone time to build businesses instead of watching porn and video games.

Look at how social media has affected people today. We’re constantly exposed to images of men and women who seem perfect, with lots of money and success, and then we compare ourselves-working an 8-5 job, feeling average, and thinking, 'I'm a loser.' That's complete nonsense. Don't just compare yourself to those who seem better off. Compare yourself to everyone you encounter and work on improving yourself.

I think being introverted is a real psychological trait, but that doesn't automatically equate to being shy, awkward, etc. I am extremely introverted, but I can operate well in a professional setting (though it wears me out). Socializing isn't something I love though. It can be great to discuss your interests with others who can relate, but afterward I'll want to go home and not talk to anyone for weeks. I have friends but I only see them a couple times per year. I also just don't have the motivation or desire to socialize with anyone, so I only see people when obligated. Leaving comments online is enough to satisfy that need.

Before you react practice breathing techniques even if it’s subtle to calm yourself down and while you do that genuinely ask yourself if the situation is worth a reaction. Your brain will slowly begin to start processing situations like this the more you do it and you essentially create a mental tipping point where you are able to discern if something is worth a reaction or not. You’ll find yourself being reactive to less unimportant things and when you do react it’ll be more relaxed and delayed because your mind has a second to think about it before you act.

"Nobody is looking at you, everybody care about themselves" That is not true. There are toxic people who do judge and find small details to abuse and use for their hidden agenda to cause harm to others. Social anxiety is result of trauma and being exposed to narcissistic abuse. The idea that we reject social anxiety - will lead to making our trauma hidden and rejected - and trauma will then fester. It will come out as cancer, allergy and physical illness and mental illness too. The idea that we equate masculinity with confidence and being dominant leads to narcissistic abuse - because in real life - it is unhealthy and dysfunctional to be parasite. When someone is using confidence as a way to dominate over others - is being a parasite. IT is not being man.

Wow your like leaving negative replies to most peoples comments here in chat, but your free to have your own opinion, i liked Chi's advice and am going to follow it, because i think it will help me really better myself etc. Also God can fix that, if you pray to him (if you believe in God) but when you pray to God you have to say in the name of your son Jesus Christ name Amen, after a while God will help cure it, and he can also get rid of other things like bi polar disorder etc.
