Great match 👏 but the absence of Chakas was definitely felt as Hawaii lacked a good attacker on the left side. Imo these are the 2 best teams in the big west this season, I felt like UCI showed a lot of potential last season especially towards the end.

@@mkrese6031 Nikolov single handedly carried Long Beach on his back with a shitty setter. Now that he’s gone I don’t see anyone they can count on, definitely isn’t going to be Olivier he was terrible last season. So yeah if UCI can figure out their setting position they’ll be really good

@@mkrese6031 I think yes. Nikolov and Briggs carried Long Beach last year. Without the offense of Nikolov, it would be very hard for Long Beach to beat UCI or UCSB. UCSB lost Xia and Peragas. But gained Jack Walmer as setter. I think they will convert one of their high recruit last year to opposite.
