How do you prepare milkfish?

K P milk fish makes excellent fish cakes. U let em brine in ice and water for a day or two so the meat gets soft then scrape the filets and spoon the meat. Mix with onion garlic ginger green onion, egg and milk and Panko. Make fish patties and fry. Super ono

Gavin Nosler I like it haven't had problems with it. It is expensive tho. I shoot a KAP speargun now. I prefer wood over pipe guns.
