The Lai, if you don't want the skin for lures, next time maybe try just clean um, put on the hibachi, turn um with the tail, wait until the skin at the base of the tail cracks and the sticky juice comes out. Each side the skin usually comes off in one piece. Meat comes off in 4 long pieces. Hardly any bones to worry about. Great for the kids. Lemon/Tabasco for the adults. Might become a new favorite.

Wen get moon...the halalu can see betta at night allowing dem to eat during dark hours. Das why during da day...da bite slow down. But wen no more moon at night.. dey cannot see to eat.
