Hard to say....I wouldn't try to time the market just get yourself educated, watch the market and what you are looking for and strike when its right for you. I just got a place with a 6.75% interest rate did a 2-1 buydown (4.75%) and going to refi when rates come down in the next year or two....my strategy is buy now , get credit for buy down and refi later when rates drop and prices go up. This is my strategy but we shall see what the market does
