I’ve seen this video recently without the introduction. Always loved the music and didn’t really know the meaning of lyrics. The couple danced absolutely beautiful - graceful, fluid like the ocean, and in harmony with each other. Loved how they smiled through out and enjoyed dancing to the music and with each other.

ALOHA!! From Australia. What a beautiful dance and the performance was great as a couple. Such graceful and fluid movements and hands and feet. I am pretty good at mastering the hula, so this will be my next dance project as I suffer from chronic back pain, after which I had emergency spinal surgery but continued pain after a traumatic fall still leaves me in pain This dance and all the movements will no doubt help to strengthen muscles where needed and tone those muscles that need toning and to build muscle strength and mass in my legs. I will consider this therapy for me. Thank you for posting. Now off to learn the dance. 💃💃💃💃💃🎼🎶🎵🎶🎼🎶🎵🎶🎼

I found this tapping technique in a magazine. You start on the forehead, then the brow bone, the bone under the eye, the area beside the eye, the area under the nose, the chin, the collarbone, the armpit and the top of the head. Do this tapping on both sides of the body. I fell asleep in ten minutes!! These are acupressure points. Good luck dear one.
