Hawaiian music and hula at its best.
Lehua Kalima performs "Hawaiʻi Akea" on the Hawaiian TV show Island Music Island Hearts. Accompanied by dancers from Ka Hula O Kealamailani under the direction of TeHani Gonzado, a Merrie Monarch award winning Miss Aloha Hula (look for her in another Coco Palm Video "Nani Venuse"). This mele was written for the soundtrack of a great film about contemporary Hawai'i called "The Haumana" by the late actor-filmmaker Keo Woolford. Mahalo.
