You have thirty days to submit a claim for lost food, damaged equipment, etc. You can submit the form by mail or online. If you complete the online form and take a screenshot and attach it to your email, be careful because the data on the form may not be in the screenshot. Double check.

HECO will cry next week that they need huge increase and electricity rate to pay for all the repairs needed in Lahaina! What happened with all the money/30 years they were supposed to be doing this ????

Underground power sounds fishy? I cannot see entities like banks to not have electricity and to not have a back up. The state not to have power is like DC not having power. For the power to be out and be the city's fault for the city to give a kickback is awesome, too bad you have to file and go through changes to get it.

They ask her one question… what is the cause of power outage? NOT about HPD, traffic, building shutdown & other. (( just ask her what’s the cause of the problem )). !!!!!
