I love hawaiian real estate. Saw a lot of different types, but this one is different. Really feels connected to nature, due to materials and all those slidding doors. Awesome place.

I really love this house. I would also add a pool of some type, either a plunge pool and hot tub or a lap pool. But gorgeous, inside and out, and I love acreage and all the nature. Love the view, and I love that they have heated towel racks. Love all the mahogany and the layouts love the skylights. It’s really a great house

Great house. What would i change? I would really clean up and finish that first building with the tractor and use that as my real garage and close off the battery and water tank with its own seperate entrance so its easily accessable. The area that is currently the garage, I would add in Fleetwood windows/doors and rubber floors on top of the concrete so it opens up and make that my Gym area filled with workout equipment and mirrors. That small utility closet in the master bedroom walk in closet, I would put in a stacked washer/dryer that would serve the master bedroom ( always a great thing to have close by ) And finally in the front of the house but attacted to the deck would most definitely add in an infinity edge pool with dark blue plaster and Mosaic tiles to get that indoor outdoor flow from the living room. Not sure what to do with that Bonus room upstairs

Ok, in contrast to a couple of recent showings where the excess on display was frankly approaching nouveau-riche, this home hits it bang-on. Expansive both in views and in appointments, top-notch quality in all fixtures and fittings, and surprising amount of character for a relatively new build. Again, your camera and sound work were very good ... agents co-operating with you on these showings should be very pleased with your work.

Those are thin film flexible solar sheets, they still do make and use them. The reason that aren't used that much for residential is because that are as Is efficient as traditional solar panels and require much more space to achieve the same amount of wattage output.....
@HawaiiRealEstate2 жыл бұрын
Sounds like a trade off - looks for efficiency.
@TC-kf9zw2 жыл бұрын
@@HawaiiRealEstate yes they look much cleaner, if you have the space then I would use them. They are less efficient but they are also cheaper, really it all comes down to available space.
@crookshank682 жыл бұрын
That answers my question. I'd much rather use these thin panels than the ugly, but more efficient, panels. Could always supplement with solar farm adjacent to bldgs.

@@flyboykfpr Land belongs to those who respect it and who understand the laws of nature. I’m talking about Native Hawaiians and not kings and I’m not talking about ownership. If humanity can learn to work with the land and not colonize it or take it over, then they have made harmony with it. The more colonization that takes place, the more we are our of sync with nature. I again am not talking about ownership - but respect.
