This is a fabulous property. ACREAGE FANTASTIC. Got a question though, with that much acreage, is that an R1? or R2? If someone wanted to build a caretakers place, would that be doable? The idea of covering the outside kitchen, fantastic.

I really love this house. I would also add a pool of some type, either a plunge pool and hot tub or a lap pool. But gorgeous, inside and out, and I love acreage and all the nature. Love the view, and I love that they have heated towel racks. Love all the mahogany and the layouts love the skylights. It’s really a great house

I really appreciate how you filmed this I think that the most important thing is the surrounding area of the home and the environment that it is in and you filmed that first and foremost in the house came secondary. I love how huge the pool is and how deep it is the ability to jump in a deep part and to swim laps if I could change anything it would be the sharp edges from the deep play the shallow I would have curved or sloped that. The house itself is not my style for that location I do like the house and a lot of things inside of it I would have made bigger front windows but they chose to make it bulletproof hurricane proof it looks like the land is amazing but the home on top of that land looks like a monstrosity so while I love the house in many ways it just doesn't look like it belongs there all these tennis courts and stuff on top of a waterfall seems like a bit of an insult to the land I think the house would have been fine on a lake in Michigan I just think if we are going to buy property on Hawaiian land this is not the way to go I would feel a bit embarrassed about desecrating the land.

Mike the cut tops of the pineapple take two years till fruit whereas the bottom suckers take one year and planting them close together helps the plants to hold up better
