I came here because I saw a comment on Lacto fermentation interview with Krish Ashok and Dr. Pal. Am glad to discover some authentic North Eastern recipes. I am from South India and I love the unique recipes and flavors of North East. It is a shame we don’t know much about it in many parts of India. Thanks for sharing.

@manipurirecipes9266
@manipurirecipes9266 Жыл бұрын
If the soy bean seeds are small, then three days sun exposure is enough but in case of big soybean seeds it needs 5 days. For the safer side cover it with layers of warm clothes from the outside if you don't have cardboard.

Aapne soyabeans pakne k Baad Kyu wash kiya any reason?
@manipurirecipes9266
@manipurirecipes9266 10 ай бұрын
But it's fine if someone likes the intense flavour of the hawaijar they can ferment it without wasting after cooking.
