Hawelo92 did you play the previous pikmin games? I fell in love with pikmin 2 and then went and got the 1st to play through many years ago so when I saw this game after just buying the 3ds I absolutely had to have it 😂

Yeah, I've played all four Pikmin games with no deaths, haha. The video quality for the first two games is a little shaky, but it's good enough.

In the line of events of me playing pikmin is pikmin 3-pikmin 2- pikmin 1 then completing or defeating the final boss is pikmin 3- pikmin- pikmin 2

My biggest gripe with this game is the premise itself. "Oh you need fuel for your ship go collect sparklium" In the first game you collect The Eternal Fuel Dynamo which establishes that Hocotate has ships with well, eternal fuel. Why would he need to go find sparklium when his ship should have that? Theres also the Chronos Reactor that converts stardust into fuel too. So what gives?

Let's just pretend that Olimar is using an older model hocotate ship in this one, where the eternal fuel dynamo wasn't invented when it was made

It might be Sparklium are more efficient, eco-friendly, and generally makes ships faster, which could be why Olimar's SS Dolphin 2 is able to travel at light speed in the same way the SS Drake does instead of just flying really fast compared to the Company Ship.

Maybe the situation is like, ships could be equipped with unlimited energy, but using Sparklium as fuel costs less for ship manufacturers so they shove it in the new models and hope no one cares

Really have not had a chance to play pikman because it was only for the GameCube when it first came out. It looked remarkably interesting and the mechanics were so unique. Plus it was more of a strategy type game which I was not very fond of and parts of it were really tough to beat. But when I saw this spinoff. I just had to try it out for myself. I was very surprised when first playing this game, and I loved how it was in 2D rather then 3D for a change. the graphics and music are amazing, and the creatures are great and the mechanics are nice. I did beat world 1 but still have to go back and find things I missed. I am at world 2. I also loved how you could have your Pikman in a park and also have them search for items to find to make Sparkluim for the ship.

I only just now noticed the _purple and white_ on that Onion in the intro. Considering in Pikmin 3 that Onion design had the same colors of Pikmin that were on the Onion... are Purple and White Pikmin in this game?

I had a feeling you would be playing this Game. I like to ask you something, if you have seen E3, Mr. Miyamoto himself confirmed that Pikmin 4 is coming to Switch, and it is believed it will be completed, some say it would be in the early 2018, I have a feeling you will be getting that game when it comes out and is English just like the other Pikmin games and like you done you will do 100% and No deaths right :) If you have the time to answer what I ask that is good, if not I understand.

Haha, of course. I've always wanted to play the pikmin games with no deaths for youtube and only got to do it last year. After seeing how much people liked them, there's no way I wouldn't do 4 once it comes out. The only thing I ask would be some time after release so I can play through the game on my own pace, then I'd start playing it for youtube 100% and without deaths.

I understand hawelo92, after all I seen your other Pikmin Walkthroughs and I understand what you are saying, it took you lots of time and skill to be able to play the games to not only get 100% but also to have no Pikmin Deaths at all, and even bonuses etc. Even if many others might post Pikmin 4 before you but they might not be able to do no deaths, but I will be greatly looking forward to your Pikmin 4 Walkthrough when you start posting it, take as much time as you need to do greatly well because I know without a doubt it will be worth the wait :) You take as much time as you need. :)

I've read lots of negative comments about this game on the internet, but the question is: Is it really THAT bad?? If you've played and loved the main series then this can be really disappointing. But if you're open to playing a Pikmin spinoff then you can definitely have fun with it.
