Hawen Offline Cuber System is an independent system to be used for collecting the cured block/brick/paver from the pallets,and pack the block/brick/paver into ready-for-sales condition package,greatly improve the efficiency of factory.
Advantages of automatic offline cuber system:
1. Reduce labor cost and save time for block stacking.
2. Being equipped with automatic control system, parameters can be set from the touch panel with easy operation;
3. It is suitable for different kinds of block/brick shape,and different size of pallet, the grouping system allows to pack the block and brick into ideal packing size like 1000x1000mm or 1100x1000mm or 1200x1100mm etc..
4. The package of block can be with packing pallet or without,the package without packing pallet with forklift hole included, save the pallet cost for customer.
5.Area required: 15x15m
6.System mainly running by pneumatic,easy for operation with less maintenance
7. Cycle time: It allows to pack 12-15 packages every hour.
Can be equipped with automatic strapping machine and film wrapping machine,with higher automation.
