Will it make a difference when i brake in the km fsu glossy finish race wheel i just got a landyachtz switch 40 with these wheels and they seem to ride amazing even in a slide? Will this change

go for some sector 9 race formulas, the 70mm 80a ones r great for everything, i have the 73mm ones on my greasehammer and get no bite. I had them on my 2012 wolfshark and got no bite.

Are any of the wheels mentioned good for easy low speed slides, I live in an area without any hills.

What is a good dh wheel to put on a topmount with caliber 44s? Can't find a good set up i like without the bite so I'm running wedge/de-wedge with monsters. But i want to get rid of any type of risers. Any suggestions?

Yeah, but that was made a couple of years ago. Recently companies have been pumping out all sorts of unique and new boards, and I think it's time for them to update their channel with a new video of more current boards. :D

what wheel would be best for someone who is a complete begginer at downhill but has some expereince with freeride and can do standup 180s, switch standup 180s, and colemans?
@willm99512 жыл бұрын
Woah! I'm not a fan of the tangs for freeride but everyone has their own opinions. They're not overpriced either, there pricing is very similar to that of Cults and Hawgs. I personally love mine for racing, the slide on their race wheels IS smooth and buttery, if you are going fast enough? I also never buy the tangs new, always 2nd hand as they seem to go really cheap and there is endless amounts of people buying them because of the pretty colours only to realise they're not the most popular now

What duro did you use when you used the Monster Hawgs? I have the Blue(78a) and they grip so hard.
@ChoochyMcGee11 жыл бұрын
I use 82a but i only used them for speed and grip. I like them for that and haven't broken them in but I want to get into fast freeride really bad and might try "These" wheels. (the rest is not directed specifically at you) I've started learning slides and such at a normal speed and just recently put my old freerides onto my topmount and have been riding them. any wheel and/or setup reccomendations? Possible set up I'm looking at: Grease shark (with W), gunmetal mac 10 (46*), These Wheels.

I have a question. Zombie hawgs were my first set of wheels, after riding them for a little while they suddenly started making a pretty loud clicking/ticking side. I noticed it's because of the room between the plastic core and my bearings. I noticed other people with the same wheels have it too. Is there something that can fix this? I've tried putting some tape between the bearings and the wheels, it fixed it but didnt last long and it's a lotta work to do it right and it lasts for 1 ride..

ThereIsNo Sky It's for the durometer scale. Skateboard wheels usually range from 78A or even down to 75A for the softest and all the way up to 101A being the hardest. Sometimes brands take a different route and use the B scale so, a 81B would be the equivalent to a 101A wheel. The hardness and the shape of the wheels will determine the type of performance it will provide.
