Nice mate... 45 years fishing the hawkes a good 2 days a week the last 35 years knowing it front to back intimately fishing only lures ...dedicated most of my fishing life in that river ...has a special place in my heart and some day my ashes will remain thr but not yet have many to slay first.. Buddy fished most of Pittwater and the Hawkesbury as a Youngster,And I have to say give Juno Point a go always found it consistent for Huge Bream . Moor stern facing rocky shoreline about 4 Boat lengths off the Rocks whack Half a pillie on and cast towards shore. Sit back and watch the magic happen.2nd choice Flint and Steel use sounder to find Reef and Peaks live bait with those bigTailor and Hang onJewie's and just about everything. Love the Channel 🤙

Awesome video champion, I've recently been using the new Zman prawnz elite, 3.5 inch , 3/16 oz, amazing lure, looks so real in the water, caught 7 flathead on it over 4 hours, biggest was 65 cm, I highly recommend it, $20 for a two pack, but very durable , they still look almost new after 7 flathead, love the videos mate, boats looking amazing, well done,

Great haul brutha good on ya ! Yeah the Zman prawns 🦐 and few others out there really have some great action to them these days… i remember the first prawn lure I used was a stiff D.O.A shrimp plastic

@@nautijade3318 yeah it’s hectic, caught a few on 15lb gear they don’t stop fighting aye. Took me over 3 hours to land one while chasing it and they get huge like over that 1.2 metre mark

zman soft plastics are the only ones I've found that can withstand the choppers. They're not cheap but they're tough as hell.

parsley bay boat ramp is better its off the free way and very good ramp but its closer to the heads maybe give that ramp a go next time you go hawkesbury
