I don't even know if they pay the hosts on SNL or they go there to promote their stuff. Edit: seems they have to pay them by union rules but Timberlake said "it's the easiest 5k you can make on tv" and Alec Baldwin has said he gets paid about 1400 bucks for each appearance as trump so I doubt they payed Jenner more than those 2. According to wikipedia most guests get the same pay as the cast, which means 5k, so no, not even 5% of the budget went into Renner.

what did he do in Endgame that makes him so special? He was running with a glove, almost got killed by Nebula and then was running with a glove, but ultimately had to pass it to Black Panther, who btw, also didn't do much in the movie, he had to pass on the glove to Spiderman, who would have died if Captain Marvel didn't show up. And what a great job she did of that, basically giving it out to Thanos on a golden plate. If it weren't for Tony, they'd all be dead. He's the real MVP.
