HawkeyePedershaab PipePlusPlus Jarrett Concrete Products

Jarrett Concrete Products owner and operator Travis Jarrett discusses how he expanded his very successful wetcast precast concrete product production to include drycast concrete pipe production. Jarrett discusses how he wanted to grow into the underground detention and utilities areas and to do this you have to be able to make concrete pipe. Jarrett chose the HawkeyePedershaab PipePlusPlus concrete pipe machine because of the terrain they deal with in Tennessee with a lot of rock and shallow areas so PipePlus's elliptical system really helped them out a lot. With the PipePlusPlus they can build concrete pipe up to 72" where other systems stop at 36 or 48 for round concrete pipe. Jarrett was pleased with the assistance he received from the Afinitas team to help him move the project in the right direction. He notes that the Afinitas team was extremely responsive to calls and emails at all hours of the day and night. Afinitas helped Jarrett with the drawings, spec sheets and made the parts he was worried about the most in implementing a new system much easier. Jarrett said that working with Afinitas was a great experience for him and his team.
