Women"s Track Day Weekend at Summit Point Motor Park WV with Ruts to RaceLlnes 2022

This track is new to the Ruts to Race lines family and I can honestly say I think it was a huge success, everyone loved it! Jay and I especially loved it because it's a much tighter, more technical track than NCRace in Garysburg NC. Yes, I did buy a Triumph Trident about a week after demoing it in Ohio and I absolutely love it. I did about 900 miles the first 4 day weekend I took it out! Thank you Ruts to Race Lines for all you do to get more women into motorcycle riding!

When the singing started I thought darn Misty so comfortable out there shes going to start singing haha. Unfortunally now I have “ hello hello hello” stuck in my head. That blue stuff above your head is that what clear skies look like haha. Stay safe

Good stuff! How does the Trident compare with the Hawk? If you ever get a chance, ride VIR; several of the Superbike School coaches have told me it's one of their favorite tracks in the country, and it's a blast. Love to show y'all my video laps some time (at the end of the school you get a flash drive with your video laps on it; one two-lap video session each day). I may go back for another school next year (I'd love to do Barber too).

I’d love to go to VIR but they are sooo expensive and seem to have very few track school days. Make you some KZbin videos so we can all watch them!😊

The Hawk and the Trident are very comparable in size and handling. The trident is more upright and has more leg room. The power however is substantial in the top end. The Hawk fizzles out in the top end and the trident just goes! 😊

Yeah, that sounds like what a Triumph triple would do; back when I got through the first 1000 miles on my Daytona, and thought I had a grip on what it could do, I ran it up above 8k for the first time and quickly found out I had more to learn when it suddenly pulled even harder! Make my own YT vids? Possibly at some point when I can see investing in the equipment (and figuring out when the devil I'd ever edit them). I hardly have time to watch the folks I like to follow as it is.

VIR is definitely a blast! I’ve done track days there in my Superformance Cobra, but never on a motorcycle! It would be great on a bike.

Cobra must be a blast in itself! I did a two-day CA Superbike School there (65th birthday present to self, wanted to do it for years and could finally afford it) Aug 2020, on a BMW S1000RR, North Course. First time ever on a track. Favorite spot for me was turn 6A/6B (if I remember the numbers correctly), esses for a car but a straight shot on a bike!
