Good video, thank you for doing the research. Hopefully the hard difficulty for part development will be noticeable over the course of a full season. It would be cool if the AI would also develop parts efficiently ( like focusing on the attributes the part is good at ) rather than randomly picking a preset

I'd love to see a new season with the new harder difficulty selected to see how the AI stacks up after a full season of changed development. I'm probably going to start a new season myself with Williams probably.

@@lostinbkk555 Yeah because in my current one, I finished 3rd Season 1 and I'm dominating season 2 with like 18 podiums and 10 wins in 10 races with Williams. It's honestly not that fun to just smash the AI that hard. So starting over on hard sounds like exactly what I'm looking for here, a actual challenge.

@@calum258 I can't really say yet because my development of my 1st set of specialized parts isn't finished. I only had time to play 2 races, however I've noticed that Norris seems to be performing a lot better for the AI under this difficulty setting. Normally for me he rarely manages to end in the points range because the McLaren car is so shit. But he actually scored points in both races I played so far. Probably a result of the AI pushing its tires and him having pretty decent smoothness.

You can see on the easy races that the AI also leaves the car on neutral ERS as well.

hey Nerobax, Have you noticed other youtubers changing skins of cars for their teams and others on the grid? Do you have any knowledge of how this can be done and if you would recommend anything about it if I wanted to change Alphatauri to Hugo Boss and Alfa Romeo to Audi?

It is done with mods, I havent really ventured into it but if you google it you should be able to figure out how to do it.

In theory the AI should be better at developing their car on Hard Difficulty and slower on Easy.

Probably delayed console certification. You can try and force a update but console patches needs certification to go live.
