I think you do a great job commending your workers, I have about 25 people working for me and I like positive reinforcement, I also like that you do not refer to them as employees. I think when people are constantly referring to their workers as employees they have power issues. Good Job!

We could have! But The hopeful final storage spot was at the home farm and we don’t like to transporting them wrapped unless it’s to the end customer
