Its ok to feel sad and have depressed times this is part of life, its nothing to do with how much or how little you believe in God. Its important to feel the emotion and process it, express it, that is what Hayd is doing and his music helps people to get into touch with their heavy emotions. You can only heal what you feel. When you numb your emotions and suppress them then they become a dead weight in you - thats the experience of depression. Feel, process and express your heavy emotions and depression will leave you. Knowing God can def help you in this process by giving you courage to face this darkness that we all have within us.
