For Sora, it'd have to be a cast member with a spiky-haired wig and wearing either the KH1, KH2, or KH3 outfit. Plus, they'd have to carry the Keyblade with them when walking around the park. Then again, a lot of people who go to Disneyland won't have any idea who Sora is because they've never played the Kingdom Hearts games.
