I got so upset during this meditation ! It's made me realise the self hatred I've had for my appearance, also how much of a response it triggered. This really helped become more self aware with my love and how I've thought of myself.

This is an amazing beautiful meditation everyone needs to hear. Michelle has a very nice balanced speaking voice that makes it easy to listen-follow-apply effectively.
