I just completed Tim's 18 minute meditation on activating the 5D chakras and found it very effective. I also found it very soothing.I have listened to this one for the first 4 minutes because if it's wonderful content, but finding the frequency and vibration and pitchf the background sound to be unnerving. I was thinking I'd like to purchase this if it's a cd,, now I know, the background sound would need to be changed or simply removed.. Was that put on another track and could it be removed? I'm wondering if anyone else found it disturbing. And if you have any idea, Tim, why I found it so unnerving, after just completing Tim's meditation that he put out on Facebook recently?

YOur accent itself makes the magik happens. Your British accent (I think it is British) brings back to me some so, but so, so so long ago familiarity.....! Very old one..... For I have no known British ancestors..... I am from Brazil...! Much more related to Portugal and Spain and German Ancestors but not from the England. But your accent brings me back somewhere in that past I do not know.

Can it be done more than once? I did it but a couple of times i came across instructions that were not clear. Name of chakra after stellar star i could not make out nor did it mention where it was located (unless i completele missed it). The merkaba visualisation was not easy to follow (for me). We were asked to visualize it over head but then it mentioned one being in it; I'm not sure if we were to bring it down, how to transition or were we to create a second one?.. I am gonna try listening to it again but was wondering if it could be done more than once. Any clarification is appreciated. Thank you

Steer clear. I Highly recommend NO one partakes in this exercise. I simply listened to it and it left me confused and overwhelmed. I have not encountered anything of this nature anywhere else and that is a good indicator that it is not authentic. Also I have the book including all the angels for ascension and it makes not sense that you should have to go through all these processes simply to be more compassionate which is what you say the 5th dimension is. My Advise. Steer clear.
